These terms apply to the Foundanz evaluation build and to this website.
Access
Access is by invitation. An account is for the person it was issued to, for the period it was issued for, and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not share sign-in codes, links or passwords.
Using the evaluation build
- The evaluation build is for assessing the software. Reports it produces are marked as evaluation output and are not for construction.
- Results must be checked by a qualified engineer before any use. See the disclaimer.
- Do not upload confidential project data. Use generic or anonymised examples.
- Do not try to reach other people’s data, get around sign-in, or put the service under deliberate load.
Ownership
The software and this website belong to Ruhul Amin. The projects you create remain yours.
No warranty
The evaluation build is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies. Questions to info@foundanz.com.
